Beautiful paisley print fabric create the outer skirt adorned with a wide multi color striped band to match the stand up ruffle on the bodice. Petticoat sewn in created with white cotton and finished off with a lovely green floral print ruffle to give it lots of twirl for your little angel. She will turn a lot of heads in this.
